TESTIMONIALS

During COVID 19 I decided to upgrade my website and rebrand my business. Rayna made the whole process fun yet professional. Her ability to capture my vision for my business and my website and turn it into a reality was nothing short of miraculous. It was so refreshing to have somebody catch my vision and be able to translate it into a domain that I had previously thought impossible. Her service went above and beyond what was expected and I've ended up not only with a website that's amazing but also skills to maintain that website and a business relationship that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend her and her work. She lives her values and inspires those around her to do the same.

Ashley Carr
Rayna led Prosper through a strategic review of our Membership processes and an audit of our CRM. Part of the brief was defining interactions that are valuable to our supporter base. Rayna's proposal was thorough and responded sensitively to the needs of a small, cash-strapped NFP organisation. Her report was on-time and on budget, and her database training was very well received by the team. And as a result of her work, we have a much better grasp of our data management and a clear path for implementing the communications our supporters want from us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ground Up Creative to any NFP organisation seeking to work smarter, not harder.
Emily Sims – Prosper Australia

Isabel Mettler – Organic Mechanic Osteopathy
Ground Up Creative helped me with an international trip to the UN in NYC to talk about the advocacy work I've been doing surround single mothers on welfare. They assisted with social media planning, preparation for any backlash I would receive, and helped me make sure my messaging was clear and consistent at all time. Their knowledge of social media platforms, the political environment, feminist economics as well as strategic planning was perfectly tailored to my needs and I really appreciated the holistic approach to getting to know my working style and where I would need a little nudging here and there. I would fully recommend Ground Up Creative and look forward to working with them on future projects.
