So much more than business development!
I thought using permaculture principles for business development was a bit woolly, but – bloody hell – it makes total sense.
The epiphanies I had throughout the GroundWork course have resulted not only in full-on business growth and diversity (I can barely keep up) but also changed my personal life. Everywhere I go I find myself observing and thinking, ‘how can I obtain a yield from that’, ‘ where is the pattern here’ or ‘how can I integrate this to make it more efficient’?
It took a couple of months between finishing the course and things taking off – as if I had changed the message I was shouting to the Universe and it took a little time for the echo to come back to me. That wait was reflective and prepared me for when things took off. Now, I have rearranged not only my office but my house and my attitude. I get much more done, stress less and ride the wave rather than fight it. I see opportunities everywhere and take them, where before everything seemed barren and hostile.
I wish I had done this course sooner after leaving a toxic workplace a few years back, but now… well… the only way is up, baby!
